While we do not offer refunds we are happy to offer exchanges within a 40-day window from your order date. 

Any right of exchange will be met by the issuing of a set of replacement Boho Locs up to the same value as your order. If the products you want to exchange for cost more we will send a Paypal invoice for the difference.

If you order a set of replacement Boho Locs that are lesser in value than your original order, we will refund you the difference via your initial payment method.
