Do I have to pay to ship the item back to you?

Yes, all customers need to cover the cost of their returned items and we will provide the return shipping address once you contact us via email at [email protected]

How long does it take to exchange once you have received my order?

Once we receive your return tracking receipt, we will set up your exchange order and forward on tracking information once it is available.

I’m not happy with the locs, can you help?

Of course! We’re really sorry you’re not happy with your order. Please get in touch with us at [email protected] with your order number and NOT HAPPY in the subject line and we will get back to you ASAP!

Do you offer sample locs?

We don’t offer samples at this time I’m afraid

How do I find my order number?

Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email you’ll receive from [email protected] and in the packing slip that arrives with your order. It will begin with a - # and be 5 digits long
